Born and raised in the Granite State, Dick is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire who was first licensed with the Real Estate Commission in 1978. With a diverse experience including the Presidency of a mortgage brokerage, Dick brings over three decades of knowledge across the breadth of the real estate industry. During this time Dick has developed a professional approach both personal and resourceful in order to promote his clients best interests.

Having spent the past ten years in the modular and manufactured home industry as a salesperson and general contractor, Dick has joined the Strafford County Board of Realtors to leverage relationships made in the Seacoast and Lakes Regions. Dick’s intense focus on delivering results for his clients with incredible attention to detail has helped grow a network of resources that he puts to work every day.

Specializing in residential, relocation and short sales, Dick is also a tremendous asset to have in the arduous and emotional process of building a new home. Having developed a diverse network of contacts in the home building industry, Dick enjoys facilitating the process from finding the ideal site to designing and building clients dream homes.

An active baby-boomer passionate about his lakefront property that he designed and built five years ago, Dick enjoys summer nights out on his boat prospecting for new listings. As an avid outdoorsman with a taste for UNH hockey, Dick has spent his adult life exploring the Granite State and knows its cities like the back of his hand. His love for New Hampshire and deep knowledge of the State and its industries make him the ideal resource for those looking to relocate to the area.
