I am a full time, experienced Real Estate agent based in Amherst, New Hampshire. Using a NH native of 52 years with vast LOCAL and overall New Hampshire knowledge is to your benefit. Over the course of my life, I have lived in seven different NH towns and in York and Chebeague Island, Maine where my wife and I own a summer home that we rent. My clients benefit from my intimate knowledge of Southern NH... I know driving distances, lakes, rivers, educational and recreational pursuits, town events, cultural attractions and employment possibilities... I can serve as your hands-on guide as you consider this Southernmost portion of our gorgeous State, from the Merrimack to the Connecticut rivers.

I work primarily with upper end, discriminating buyers and sellers, the elderly in transition (to assisted living) and country home/horse property buyers and sellers- those are three demographic areas within the scope of my life experience. I once renovated a beautiful 1790's farmhouse and created an authentic early American Colonial living experience by renting the home as a vacation rental property attracting customers the world over. I bring that same marketing experience to my present day position when marketing your home.

I also have working relationships with other agents that cover more distant areas within NH and other New England States as well as near the Bay area in San Francisco.

Finally, my education is one thing that I value dearly- I majored in Mathematics and then obtained a Master's in Computer Science all prior to becoming a Real Estate sales agent in 2002. I have been the recipient of an International Sterling Society award for sales achievement.
